ALL SALES ARE FINAL, exception: hair extensions can be returned within 5 days of receipt in their original packaging for an exchange only "if" wrong item(s) were shipped by our mistake . Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or worn in​ any way will not qualify to be returned. Silk Bunny Hair Extensions are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages.  Fraudulent charge-backs will result in legal actions where you may be charged/sued for the amount of the purchase plus $500. Frontal units should be professionally installed, Closure units can be professionally installed or worn glue-less, we are not responsible for units or any lace products that are damaged due to poor installation or care. Because of sanitary reasons wigs/ Units, or any thing listed under products DO NOT qualify for any returns, exchanges, and or refunds. Please notify Silk Bunny Hair Extensions by email at orders@silkbunnyhair.com before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) to Silk Bunny Hair Extensions the cost of shipping (if any) will not be returned and the return shipping fee is to be paid by the client. Silk Bunny Hair Extensions does not offer credits on any merchandise and I reserve the right to not accept a return, while my policies are firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience with SBHE is positive.

SLIT PAY:  This is a 30 day/4 weeks pay half now pay the other half later payment option for hair and wigs only. A 50% deposit + 4% SPLIT PAY fee is due when order is placed. Payments are billed by invoice a valid email address with full access to you is required for payments and communication.  All orders ship after final payment is received  Fees and deposits are non-refundable, if no response or payment is made by day 30 / week 4 the order will be cancelled / closed without further notice. 2 weeks extensions are available an additional 4% fee applies to remaining balance. 

CANCELLATION REQUEST  will only be processed if made by the initial authorizing party and if received in writing to Silk Bunny Hair Extensions 335 East Albertoni Street #200 - 207 Carson CA. 90746. There will be no refunds of any monies for any cancellation request made after order processing time, cancellations done after the submissions of payment will not be reimbursed.  

ORDER PROCESSING:  2 - 5 Business Days. 

SHIPPING: 2 -5 Business Days.

WIG CONSTRUCTION:  5-10  Business Days After Processing.

Silk Bunny Hair Extensions has the discretion to update this policy at any time. When I do, I  will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
